★Tracking: All orders will be shipped out with USPS From California. Sticker only orders will be sent untracked using stamps (code STAMPSHIPPING), for both domestic and international orders.
★International shipping: Please give between 2-7 weeks for international orders to arrive. I am unable to ship to specific countries such as Russia or Ukraine.

★Custom Fees/VAT: Depending on your country's shipping regulations, you may be required to pay additional fees, such as customs duties or VAT, to receive your order. If these fees apply, the customer is fully responsible for covering them. Failure to pay may result in the package being returned to me, in which case no refund will be issued. If you would like the package to be re-shipped, you will need to cover the shipping cost again.
★Packaging: All orders will be sent using bubble mailers (sticker only orders will use letter envelopes). Large packages that require more protection will have cardboard packing to minimize any bending!
★Lost/damaged packages: Please understand that orders are out of my control once I drop them off at the post office. In the case that your package is lost and you've already checked with local courier services and filed a claim, please contact me and I'll try to offer compensation. Shipping must be paid again in this scenario.
★Discount Codes: Unfortunately, Bigcartel does not allow users to utilize multiple discounts in one order, so each customer can only use one. T_T (Please apply the highest eligible discount whenever possible!)

Q: My international order hasn't arrived yet and its tracking has been stuck at [this location] for 2 weeks. What do I do?
A: This happens often during international transit, please do not fret! Reasons behind lack of tracking updates could be due to customs delays or packages not being scanned. In most cases, the package will eventually start moving again. However, if you've waited too long and the package is still not moving, please reach out to me and we can figure something out!
Q: I put in the wrong address! Help!
A: Please contact me ASAP via the bigcartel contact form, as once your order has shipped, the postage fees cannot be refunded!
Q: My charms look scratched up, is it damaged?
A: Please make sure that you have removed the plastic film on the flat side of the acrylic charm! They come with all charms to ensure that they are scratch-proof during transit :)
